Moroccan cuisine has very deep cultural influences inherited over centuries, it has been subject to Berber, Moorish, Mediterranean, and Arab influences. Over the centuries the cooks serving Kings in the royal kitchens of Fez, Meknes, Marrakesh, Rabat and Tetouan refined it over the centuries and created the basis for what is known as Moroccan cuisine today.
I have sampled some of my favourite tagines and dishes in this website such as Tagine with Meat and Dates, Beef and Prunes Tagine, 7 vegetables couscous, Harira Soup…etc. Moroccan cuisine boasts some of the best tasting dishes in the world and its popularity is ever increasing. Its unique combination of flavours, appeal and smells it indulges the soul and takes your imagination around all the souks and magical places.
Enjoy…
